一場關於美、觸感與專注力的共創時刻
七月的第一天，爵石（Jesmonite Taiwan）受邀走入雅絲蘭黛台灣辦公室，為夥伴們帶來一場以「療癒」為核心的手作 Team Building 體驗。在溫潤的創作空間裡，材質、色彩與專注力，悄悄地帶領每一位參與者沈澱、轉化、重整。
精心佈置的工作台，靜待每一雙準備創作的手
活動開始前，工作桌上整齊排列著調色杯、木棒、模具與色料，以及幾支爵石設計師特製的泡泡花器。每一個細節都經過精心安排，為的是讓參與者在踏入空間的那一刻，就能感受到：這裡，是一個可以暫時放下工作、讓心安靜下來的地方。
爵石老師首先帶領大家認識這項源自英國的環保礦物複合材質——無毒、無味、耐久，色彩延展性豐富。不同於一般手作材料，爵石同時擁有石材的份量感與手作的溫度，是近年在全球設計圈備受矚目的創作媒材。

手作，是與自己對話的方式。當雙手全然投入創作的那一刻，我們不再追逐完美，而是學會擁抱不完美中的獨特與真實。
進入實作環節，每位學員各自選擇自己喜歡的形狀與配色——有人選擇貝殼盤，有人選擇多肉植物盆器，也有人被造型各異的小碟所吸引。選擇的那一刻，其實也是認識自己的開始。在老師的陪伴下，大家一步步將液態的爵石材料轉化為屬於自己的專屬作品，創作出工作以外的獨特回憶。
夥伴間互相分享、交流，讓空間充滿笑聲與溫度
整個過程中，原本習慣面對螢幕的雙手，這一刻正在攪拌、澆灌、創造。同事之間彼此分享顏色心得，相互觀摩作品，笑聲從未間斷。這種從「工作模式」切換到「創作模式」的感受，是任何會議或講座都無法給予的——它讓人真正地回到當下，回到自己。
每一次創作，都是一次靠近自己的旅程。美，不只是外在的修飾，更是內在感受的具現。
活動尾聲，每位夥伴帶著親手完成的作品，與老師和同事合影留念。那些或粉藍渲染、或大理石紋、或閃著金箔光芒的小物，將成為這個七月午後最真實的印記——一份由自己親手打造、看見自己光芒的禮物。

A Moment of Co-Creation — Beauty, Touch & Focus
On the first day of July, Jesmonite Taiwan was invited into the Estée Lauder Taiwan offices to bring colleagues a hands-on Team Building experience centered around the theme of healing. In a warm and welcoming creative space, materials, colors, and focused attention quietly guided every participant to settle, transform, and reset.
Before the session began, worktables were carefully set with mixing cups, wooden sticks, molds, pigments, and a few of Jesmonite's signature bubble vases. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged so that the moment participants stepped into the space, they could feel it: this is a place to set work aside, and let the mind grow still.
The instructors began by introducing Jesmonite — a British-born, eco-friendly mineral composite material that is non-toxic, odorless, durable, and richly versatile in color. Unlike conventional craft materials, Jesmonite carries both the weight of stone and the warmth of handcraft, making it one of the most celebrated creative mediums in the global design world today.
Handcraft is a way of conversing with yourself. The moment your hands are fully immersed in creation, you stop chasing perfection — and begin to embrace the uniqueness and authenticity found within imperfection.
Moving into the hands-on phase, each participant chose the shape and color palette that called to them — some reached for shell-shaped trays, others for succulent planters, and some for small decorative dishes of various forms. The act of choosing, in itself, was already a moment of self-discovery. Guided by the instructors, everyone transformed liquid Jesmonite into a piece that was entirely their own — a handcrafted memory beyond the boundaries of work.
Throughout the session, hands more accustomed to keyboards were now stirring, pouring, and creating. Colleagues exchanged color ideas, admired each other's work in progress, and laughter filled the room without pause. The shift from 'work mode' to 'creation mode' is something no meeting or presentation can replicate — it brings people genuinely back to the present, back to themselves.
Every act of creation is a journey closer to yourself. Beauty is not merely outward adornment — it is the expression of inner feeling.
As the event drew to a close, every participant walked away holding the piece they had made with their own hands, capturing the moment in photos with instructors and teammates. Whether swirled in soft blue-pinks, marbled with subtle tones, or shimmering with gold flake, each small creation will remain a true imprint of this July afternoon — a gift hand-crafted, a light glimpsed within.
